Customer Service

Do you like to help people on the phone, on the email, or even on a live chat? We are looking for a helpful individual who will be assisting our online customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: placing orders over the phone, tracking orders, resolving any customer service related issues.

You will be working together with other customer service team members to ensure that our customers get an amazing service. You will be utilizing all the latest tools to help you in the process. 


  • A minimum of 1 year experience of customer service via telephone/email/live chat or all.
  • Good knowledge of cellular phones (mainly smartphone accessories, tablet accessories).
  • Well organized, articulate and write well.
  • Able to stay cool under pressure.
